Our gluten and dairy free version of the Italian amaretti...but soft rather than crunchy in the centre. We used to bake them with all ground almond - but to my mind they were a little too sweet that way, therefore we've added ground hazelnut too which is less sweet than almond. Like their Italian counterparts, these are designed to be sweeter than the rest of our produce range. Subtly flavoured with orange oil & zest, they are designed to be nibbled alongside a robust coffee viva Italia style.

"My daughter was recently introduced to your delicious 'Amondi' coookies at our local cafe and now can't get enough of them! I have to make a detour to the cafe each time I've been to visit her to buy some - now the whole family is 'hooked' too!" A.J.
