The evening begins with nibbles and drinks in the Bee Shack cafe, followed by a tour of the bakery with demonstrations and a chance to try a selection of Honeybuns' award-winning cakes - many of which are gluten-free - and savoury tarts. Honeybuns founder Emma Goss-Custard will talk abut the company, how it started and what makes it special in a very competitive market.
