Emma Goss-Custard started Honeybuns in the Nineties, cycling around Oxford selling her home-made cakes to delis and cafes. The bakery is now in Dorset with a 20-strong team, but the scrumptious cakes, cookies, brownies, flapjacks and shortbreads are still baked slowly in small batches and made from natural ingredients only. Individual sizes (50-80g) are £1.40.
