Emma Goss-Custard, 30, is the co-director of Honeybuns, a successful cake-making business that supplies to Waitrose. What's the best part of your day? We're a small outfit and very hands-on, so when the team works together properly it feels like we're in a smooth rowing boat, making great headway. I love that feeling! And the worst? My 4am start! In the afternoon I step back to let the team get on with it so they have a chance to learn, but I can't help worrying something's going wrong! |
