MEET THE PRODUCERS

Honeybuns was founded by Emma Goss-Custard (great name for a baker!) in 1998 when she was a student in Oxford. She makes cakes, cookies and fabulous flapjacks, which are sold in Waitrose, Sainsbury's and in delis and food shops. The great thing about these products is that the're wheat-free, and all but two products are gluten-free. All Honeybuns cakes are safe for coeliacs to eat, and everything is made without preservatives and additives. Emma also runs The Bee Shack Cafe in Dorset. The company is run along very green lines, which include recycling all waste, a wildlife sanctuary and re-planting scheme. You can also find Emma's products on www.wheatanddairyfree.com, a brilliant online shop for wheat, dairy and gluten-free products.
