HONEYBUNS BEE HOP 2005

AWARD- winning bakery, Honeybuns will be celebrating local food, live music, arts and crafts at the 2005 “Beehop” on Saturday 21 May at the bakery at Naish Farm, Holwell. Each year, Honeybuns nominates a charity to benefit from the event and this year funds will go to Raise the Roof Campaign for Holwell Church Restoration Fund.

“The Honeybuns Bee Hop was a great success in 2004 and this year we have been delighted with all the support we have been given by our sponsors and friends. The Bee Hop is a way for us to say a big thank you to our customers, friends and family gives everyone an opportunity to kick up heels with live music, local food and West Country ale!” says Emma Goss-Custard.

Honeybuns will be buzzing with stalls, ranging from antiques to farmhouse cheese and well-known jazz band, The Ladybirds will be entertaining the crowds. There will also be games organised by the Dorset Doddlers and the scouts, a grand prize draw of a giant willow hamper of local food, and a thatching demonstration. All the stallholders and the bands have kindly given their time to the Bee Hop free of charge and a percentage of all the takings from the stalls and the bar will be donated to Holwell Raise the Roof campaign.

Entry to the 2005 Bee Hop is free of charge and the event starts at 1pm and finishes at 5pm.
