Honeybuns ( Dorset) has launched a new gluten-and wheat-free slice to join its range of handmade cakes and slices. The new cake, called Almond Moon, is a combination of crunchy polenta shortbreadtopped with almond frangipane and chunky pieces of toasted almonds and juicy cranberries.

“Almond Moon is a real almond lover’s dream cake,” says Honeybuns founder Emma Goss-Custard.
