ALMOND MOON RISES OVER DORSET
Honeybuns has launched a new, gluten-free slice to join its range of handmade products. Perfect, we’re told, with a cup of tea or as a decadent dessert, the new Almond Moon is a combination of polenta shortbread topped with almond frangipane and pieces of toasted almond with cranberries.
In keeping with Honeybuns’ policy of using local ingredients, the new Almond Moon slices are made with butter from Denhay farms and free-range eggs from a nearby farm.
