FOOD NOTES

Honeybuns makes a variety of wheat- and gluten-free cakes, using often locally sourced ingredients. This succulent slice, “Almond Moon”, has a polenta and almond base beneath a layer of almond frangipane, topped by cranberries and toasted almonds. The 85g slices cost £2.50 each.
