LET ME EAT CAKE!
![]() |
Like lots of people, I love cake but don't feel well on wheat or gluten. So discovering Honeybuns handmade cakes, flapjacks and shortbread, all wheat- and mostly gluten-free, was like tasting a slice of heaven - several, actually (particularly Almond Moon, my absolute fave). They're available from Honeybuns direct or through distributors nationwide, from £1 to £2 for a generous slice, and also in trays. There's an open day (the Bee Hop) at the Dorset Farm HQ on 21 May, and one-day gluten-free baking courses in June and July (£85 per person). Sarah Stacey |
