'moist and slightly chewy flapjack'

Hi to all at Honeybuns,

I have tried some of your products and they are lovely. I make my own plain flapjacks for my children but they always come out on the hard side. Could you tell me the secret of getting a moist and slightly chewy flapjack. The ingredients I use are:- rolled oats, brown sugar, butter and golden syrup.
I thank you in advance for any tips you can give me. I look forward to my next Honeybuns purchase, Yum! Yum!
