'I couldn't believe my eyes'
I was busy shopping with my husband in Allders in Kirkstall, Leeds
today and as usual we went to the cafe for a coffee. In my handbag I had a
packet of gluten free biscuits ready to eat while my husband, as usual, bought
himself a delicious cake to enjoy with his coffee. He was just about to pay
the bill when he called me over to see what they were selling on the counter-
I couldn't believe my eyes- scrumptious gluten free cakes and a choice of three!!!!!!!
I chose the Congo Bar and it was so delicious that I had to buy another one
to bring home. Thank you so much for producing gluten free cakes that actually
taste like the real thing. If only someone could produce gluten free bread
to taste like the real thing, then being a coeliac wouldn't be so bad!!!!
Thank you for taking the time to care about us. It is hard to sit in a lovely
cafe surrounded by delicious cakes and know that all you can do is sit and
watch others tucking into them. We shall now visit Allders more often
