'most delicious gluten free item I have ever, ever tasted'

I have only recently been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and my life without decent cakes as been pretty sorry ever since. But that stops right here !! since discovering your Congo Bar in our local sandwich shop my life has once again become happy (although fatter)!! it was the most delicious gluten free item I have ever, ever tasted.
