I have just taken another bite out of a slice of your absolutely out-of-this-world carrot cake!

I'm gob-smacked! In fact speechless that a bought carrot cake can taste better than my mum's! It's just so incredibly tasty that I've just passed tiny offerings (I want to keep it all to myself really) round the office and everyone has just had the same experience - and unsurprisingly said exactly the same as me.

Congratulations on such a great feat of baking... don't ever stop making carrot cake!

I'll have to try some of your other goodies - I bought this rapidly disappearing slice in Budgens in Poundbury, near Dorchester.

Where else are your goods stocked? - I haven't seen them before.
