Blustery Dorsety

Halloo,

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.
Matt & I met up with very dear friends & got a bit tiddly on continental lager in a fine emporium in Yeovil on Saturday. It was so nice to just chatter on & have a rest from normal worries. The evening ended by a roaring fire back at home with all the dogs bilssed out on the sofas. Just what the doctor ordered (less the Grolsch) for a cold, bleak January weekend. Sunday we went for a ‘bracing’ run around the block with our canine metronome, Honey. She doesn’t even break into a sweat as she regally jogs along. She is the perfect pace setter!
All the other animals are well. Sam (elderly equine) will have his extra warm rug on tonight as he tends to feel the cold, being that bit older. All the equines have massive apetites as soon as the temperature drops significantly! I’ll fill them up with extra hay tonight.
Workwise, we’ve had a calm & peaceful day today. I’ve been following up lots more sales leads & we will be available on line from Goodness Foods & Goodness Direct shortly which is really great news.Their website, Goodness Foods, is very informative for those with allergy issues/questions.Trish & I are off to Paignton in Devon to meet with a new wholesaler tomorrow. We’ve got quite an early start-all the cakes are ready to go & we’ve got Tom Tom Sat Nav so we ‘should’ get there-if we start yipping, which is kind of inevitable, we might just get unstuck. It has been known to happen when Trish & I are let loose.
We’re then dropping into see Sara-design -guru- wunderkind to collect our most recent packaging protoypes for our new BumbleO.We’re doing a bit of a hard core presentation up in London on Wednesday.
This evening I’m popping off to see my friend Catherine who will hopefully be able to sort out my somewhat unruly eyebrows (personal grooming in time for Wednesday). Catherine practices sugaring hair removal but I go for a natter & relax as much as anything else.
Her business is called Sweet Solutions in Sturminster Newton & she is ace.
See you soon, I’m off to brave the cold & give the equines their tea
