Exciting Plans

Hello there,
I hope everyone is enjoying a lovely Bank Holiday.
Matt & I are pretty knackered after our stint at Leckford Festival. We got back yesterday evening & we’ve both been suffering a bit from a nasty flu like virus. Aching limbs & headaches despite drinking gallons of water. Never mind, today has been very lazy with both of us pottering around the office catching up on oddses and endses with the blessed absence of too many phone calls.Hopefully we’ll both be feeling better tomorrow.
This coming week looks like being mega busy for orders & we are chocca blocca for the following week too. We’ve got some new contracts which are just starting to take off so we’re just hoping our new team members don’t get spun out by it all. We’ve been doing a lot of external training recently & this should pay dividends now. We should unow know a little bit more on how to manage change in a more strategic manner-.hmmmmm-.I’ll let you know after the next fortnight is over with!
My week will be spent on following up on making sure all of our publicity for the Bee Hop Festival is on track. We’ve got lots more coverage this year for our festy & we are all really looking forward to it. I’ll be sewing miles upon miles of vintage bunting in my spare evenings. Trish in the office has kindly leant me her supa speedy Singer machine so it’s Bee Hop bunting ago go from here on in.
Other tasks include more training for our office based sales team & ongoing export work- No wonder we’re feeling k-nackered at the moment. The half Marathon training is proving a bit tricky to fit in but I’m getting there.
The Honeybuns Bee Shack is open this Saturday, please do feel free to drop in for tea & cakes. Booking is a good idea for lunch as it can get busy.
Wishing you a brill week,
Em x
