BeeShack Open
Hallo,
I hope everyone has had some sunshine over the weekend. We’ve been very lucky in Dorsety. Sunday was lovely & today has been almost balmy.I’m wondering if we’re being lulled into a false sense of security & theremight be an icy blast waiting just around the corner-.We’re hoping not.
Cakewise we’re STILL working on the final teaks to the cookies. This is the naure of New Produt Development-.you an always do better. The choccy tinker & the honey, almond & salted pistachio are one we’re just polishing the appley one-Yum!!!
Flavourswise & texture wise we’re delighted. We just need to to finalise the shelf life testing. It’s all very exciting.
We’re also going to be opening the Bee Shack doors this Saturday after our annual closure through Jan & Feb.This Sat we’ll be stacking up treats for tasting-well our team will be. Matt & I are off to Seaton for the Grizzly race-.20 miles of muddy off road running. The Bee Shack with it’s fluffy blankets, pastel cloured cushions & aromas of fresh baking would be my preferred weekend destination-
Opening hours are 11am -4pm. Lots of nibbles, the new cookies to preview & samples & lots of lovely tins, cakes & bags to treat yourselves to. Hope you can come along.
