Hallooo,
At last Matt & I are back to H’Buns HQ after a stint at the Cologne tradeshow & then a masochistic Half Marathon in Amsterdam.Ahhhh Tis lovely to be home to base camp at last.
Whilst we were away Charlotte has excelled with the savoury tart tweaking.We just need to finalise pricing & add a teensy bit more herbage (not the Amsterdam sort) -some lovely basil to complement the Denhay Farmhouse cheddar-
We’ve also settled on using a fully biodegradable & sustainably sourced palm leaf dish- profits shared amongst the indian producers- hooray! The savoury tarts are first starting off in John Lewis cafes but if they go well we’ll be rolling them out in the New Year.
Our next mission is getting our online shop fully prepped for Christmas.We’re looking forward to working with our pals at The Muddy Dog Company who are creating some faaaabulous bespoke HBuns items for us. I’ll keep it underwraps until we’re ready to pop the first items up on the online shop.
Ref our Dorset Food Weeks open evening/quiz & general jamboreee- all tickets have now gone but we will be holding a special pre Christmas tasting evening too with masterclasses-..details to follow.
