Gluten free Cafe Day

Hallo,
Twas beautifully hot and Provence like here in Dorset last weekend. Our Bee Shack Cafe comes into its own in the summer.Sal was serving Lovingtons icecream from our new summerhouse & the roses amongst the picnic tables were in full bloom.
For a gorgeous, Bee Shack style salad try-
Shredded celeriac, mixed with cubed Capricorn goats cheese and strips of roasted red pepper. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
Dressing wise- blitz some roasted red pepper add nice glugs of rapeseed oil & a dash of good Qual. vinegar (gluten free natch).
It’s just the right side of filling.
