Mother’s Day Cake Recipe

Iced cake

Our gluten free cake mix makes a scrumptious and very easy celebration cake.

Follow the instructions on the back of the tube to make up the gluten free cake mix but using 2x 18cm sandwich tins. Brush the tins with melted butter. Spoon the mixture into the tins and bake for 20 mins at 180dec C. Allow the cakes to cool before turning out. Spread with jam and cream in the middle, and top with a butter icing. We made our own sugared edible flowers but they are also available to buy online.
