Peanut and Honey Energy Balls
A tasty snack packed full of goodies perfect for your lunch box or an on the go breakfast treat, and you will only need half an hour to make enough for the week.
Suitable for: gluten free, dairy free
Serves: 14 balls
Ingredients:
180g peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) – we used an organic crunchy butter!
65g dairy free milk chocolate chips
95g gluten free old fashioned oats
30g flaxseeds
70g honey
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly – you can add your own ingredients as well, try it out with some fresh fruit, nuts & seeds or another sweet treat.
Using a teaspoon size scoop, roll your mixture into small bite size balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Place the tray into the fridge for 15-30 minutes and your energy balls are ready to enjoy.
