Our Fruity Nut Bar is now vegan!
Our Fruity Nut Bar has had a bit of a revamp!
Up to now the Fruity Nut Bar has been the odd one out, as it was made with egg. We’ve been busy working on developing a new improved recipe in our test kitchen, trialling alternatives with our team of tasters.
We think this new version tastes fantastic – it’s made with a natural egg replacer and a subtle hint of cinnamon. It’s a tempting combination of hazelnuts, cashew nuts, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and date paste, with a moistness often lacking in similar cakes. This new version has been registered with the Vegan Society.
The Fruity Nut Bar is gluten free, dairy free, and made with fruit, with only 3% added sugar.
Available in regular 56g individual slices and traybakes 950g
Shelf life after defrost: 21 days.
This also means that our New Generation range of cakes are now all gluten free and vegan, and all apart from the Squillionaire are dairy free (the Squillionaire may contain traces of milk).
