Honeybuns free from and vegan cakes
We’ve been closely monitoring the 2018 Food & Drink trends and one of the big things mentioned is that the demand for free from and vegan options will continue to grow steadily.
We’ve been working hard in the test kitchen developing our New Generation range of cakes. They taste gorgeous as well as offering vegan, dairy free and refined sugar free options. And of course everything is gluten free too.
This range aim to be slightly less indulgent than our Classic range, but every bit as tasty.
Rather than butter, we’ve opted for refined and unrefined coconut oils. They are quite simply delicious and naturally dairy free. As for sweetness, we’ve created a blend of fruit purees and date paste along with unrefined muscovado sugar, ideal for those wanting to avoid refined white sugar.

A soft baked oaty flapjack with a raspberry puree stirred through, and finished with a gorgeous white vanilla topping. Refined sugar free.

Polenta and date shortbread topped with a date caramel centre and a rich dark chocolate topping. A date sweetened version of our regular Chocolate Caramel Shortbread. Shortlisted for the FreeFrom Eating Out Awards 2016.
