How do I Make Pesto with Wild Garlic?
This gorgeous garlic pesto is delicious mixed into some gluten free pasta and served with a side salad or some grilled tomatoes..
Ingredients
Big bunch of wild garlic leaves, washed
Small bag of pine nuts, lightly toasted
Large glug of Rapeseed oil
3 tbsp Parmesan
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Method
Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Make sure you taste it as you may need to add a little more pepper to balance the salty garlic-ness!
It really is that simple!
