If you’re a fan of our Snowy Hills, a delicious lemon and ginger polenta crunch, you’ll love this simple recipe.
All you have to do is lightly stir some lemon curd and crème fraiche together in a bowl. Warm the traybake through in the oven and then cut into suitably sized slices. Serve with the lemon curd and creme fraiche mix on the side, and enjoy.
It really is that simple. Perfect if you’re short on time but gives it such a gorgeous added touch!
Our traybakes come in 950g or 1kg depending on the cake, are approx. 32cm x 20.5cm x 2.5cm in size and cost £17.15 each. They are supplied unsliced so you can cut them as you wish. As a guide though, you can get either 12 of our regular cake slices, 24 mini slices or 16 narrows slices out of each tray, so they really are very cost effective.
