If you love a festive tipple at Christmas then this cocktail recipe is the one for you! Full of fresh seasonal fruits, this delightful drink looks almost as good as it tastes! To make non alcoholic version, simply substitute the champagne for soda water or lemonade.
Ingredients per serving
1/3 glass of elderflower cordial
2/3 glass of Cava or Champagne
1 handful of pomegranate seeds
2 slices of orange peel
Firstly, pour the elderflower liqueur into a flute glass, one third of the way up.
Then top with Cava or Champagne, or a non-alcoholic fizz.
Using a vegetable peeler, peel the orange rind in strips and then cut the strips into slithers.
Pop the pomegranate seeds into the glass followed by the orange rind and voila! Cin cin!
