LEMON AND GINGER SHORTBREAD
For a super easy pudding, simply warm through the slices or traybake in the oven and served with our recurring fave – creme fraiche or cream with a little lemon curd stirred through.
Or why not try making individual Pudding Pots. Lightly whip 300ml of double cream with 250g of good quality lemon curd and the zest of one lemon. Split the mix between small dessert dishes and drizzle over some more lemon curd, marbling it through the cream. Freeze for 30 minutes until nice and cold, then crumble over a couple of Lemon and Ginger Shortbread cakes and serve immediately.
DARK CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE BROWNIE
If you want to elevate our Dark Chocolate and Orange Brownie into a faff free pudding, then this no-bake Brownie Cheesecake is a winner.
The combination of rich, chocolatey brownie and creamy vanilla cheesecake is an absolute match made in heaven.
