Honeybuns Creates Gluten-Free Cornbread Mix

The producer of artisan gluten-free baking mixes has released a Cornbread Mix - ideal for creating pancake batter or a cornbread bake such as muffins, croutons or toad in the hole.

The mix contains a combination of natural gluten-free polenta, tapioca flour and sorghum flour, so all that's needed is eggs, melted butter and a small amount of milk to create a wide range of items.

Emma Goss-Custard, founder of Honeybuns said, "There is a lack of luxurious tasting savoury gluten free products on the market. Our cusotmers have been patiently waiting for us to develop this mix and we're delighted at the feedback from tasting sessions so far."
