Emma Goss-Custard launched Honeybuns in 1998, in the city of Oxford. Emma and her husband Matt now run the award-winning bakery from Naish Farm in Dorset, where they continually develop new cakes and bakes with the help of their team. Their gluten-free cakes, brownies, traybakes and biscuits are sold in supermarkets, shops and cafes throughout the UK and into Europe, and are available from Honeybuns online shop.

Honeybuns are currently working on a second recipe book, including dairy free and vegan sweet and savoury delights to take you from Breakfast through to supper, via a Festival stop in between. Due to be published September 2018.
