Our new gluten free and vegan Peanut Butter & Jelly Brownie traybake is a fun take on an American Diner classic. We drizzle the gooey peanut and dark chocolate brownie base with molten morello cherry jam and smooth peanut butter, and top it all off with a scattering of split peanuts. The salty peanuts cosy up to the jam deliciously, with plenty of flavour and texture in every bite.
