At Honeybuns we are passionate about keeping things positive, friendly, and kind. Our team works hard every day, and we believe they deserve to feel safe, happy, and respected while doing so.

Because of this, we have a very simple rule: we ask everyone who interacts with us to treat our team with the same warmth and courtesy they receive.

To keep our environment safe and welcoming for everyone, we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment. We cannot accept any behaviour that makes our team feel unsafe or uncomfortable, including:

• Inappropriate sexual conduct: Any unwelcome sexual remarks, offensive jokes, suggestive comments, or uninvited physical contact.
• Unkind or disrespectful words: Intimidation, shouting, bullying, or aggressive language.
• Digital unpleasantness: Sending harsh, explicit, or inappropriate emails, images, and social media messages.
