We’ve included 2 gooey gluten free and vegan Dark Chocolate Brownie ‘baby’ traybakes, dark chocolate buttons and sprinkle toppings of cornflowers and freeze dried raspberry. Simply add your own filling – we love vegan buttercream or vegan ice cream – sandwich the 2 traybakes together, melt and drizzle the chocolate buttons over the top of your dessert, and add a sprinkling of the cornflower and freeze dried raspberry. Voila! A gorgeous chocolatey vegan celebration cake.
