Our much loved Lemon and Ginger Shortbread traybake; toppings; scalloped disc, jam jar and string lights to create your own pretty cake stand; and easy to follow instructions to guide you through building and decorating your cake stack.
Lemon & Ginger Shortbread Traybake 1kg (30 x 18cm): a sublime lemon and ginger layered cake with a polenta and almond base. Gluten free. The traybake comes uncut and we recommend cutting the traybake into 15 portions, each approx. 6cm square.
Toppings: dried cornflower petals, freeze dried raspberry, and white chocolate buttons.
Birch plywood scalloped disc: made from FSC birch plywood with a scalloped edge. 210mm diameter. Comes with protective vinyl; simply peel off before use. Wipe with warm soapy water (not dishwasher safe).
Glass jam jar with gold lid: approx. 98mm height x 72mm width.
Micro LED fairy string lights: 1.9m warm white lights with tiny battery pack. Battery included but you can replace the battery for reuse.
