We experienced extreme chocolate blooming with these individually wrapped Millionaire’s Slice. This is when the fat crystals in the chocolate separate and rise to the surface, to form a bumpy speckled surface. Don’t be put off by their appearance though as this does not affect the taste. So even though they may not look as good as our normal Millionaire’s Slice, they do taste as delicious.

This is a decadent slice! Our signature biscuit base is nutty and crunchy, and the vegan caramel is subtly flavoured with dates. We make the caramel ourselves in the bakery. Our gluten free version of this classic cake, with a fruity twist.

Actually loved the slightly more toasted flavour of this slice! While some might consider it slightly burnt, I loved the stickier base and the bloomed chocolate was just as nice.
