Gluten Free Savouries

Hello there,
Got a little bit of a hangover this morning, it was a little bit of a rock & roll Wednesday- well for us ageing 30 somethings it was anyway!!! Went to our friends Kit & Julia’s house & had a lovely, gigglesome evening.Just a spot too much vin rouge but it’s all good training for an evening with Keith Floyd at the Dorchester Arts centre which Char & I are going to. Can’t wait, he is my all time food hero & I’m hoping he has not mellowed in any wayat all.
Today will be a bit rushed I think. We’ve got more team training to complete, lots of new sales opportunities to follow up on which is really excititng & I need to sweep & mop the office floor-high octane business glamour.I need to pinch myself or I might just think I was an extra in Wall Street-
We’re planning a launch party for our savoury BumbleOs too which we’ll hold in the Bee Shack in January. The logo is fantabulous & Sara has done us proud with all the design work so far. Without giving too much away, there’ll be a little bit of a muscle man theme to the party & just a splash of leopard skin print about the place. The ecletic soundtrack will range from Sinitta’s he’s so macho to Electric six- take me to a gay bar. I’m really looking forward to it & with Jan -Feb being so horrible we’re hoping we’ll get a good turnout-.or maybe not after just revealing the playlist..
This Saturday is BEE SHACK CAFE day & we’re serving hot tasty lunches for a fiver again. We think we’re probably going to be quite busy judging by how many phone enquiries we’ve had.
We’re really looking forward to when we can finish doing the Bee Shack up. It’s lovely but just a bit squished- we could really use some more space which will be possible when we move our sample freezers out. It’s all ‘as and when’ we can afford to do things at the moment. I’ve got the bit between my teeth so to speak on getting a few more sizable accounts which will then fund the next phase of growth.
See you,

Em x
