Your cake stacking kit comes complete with a glass jar, fairy lights and a scalloped wooden disc. These components form a pretty, illuminated DIY Scandi style cake stand which can be reused. We’ve also included a soy free gold glitter star candle for a little extra festive sparkle. Our slow baked Mincemeat Crumble Slice traybake is a wonderful alternative to Christmas cake or puddings.

Perfect for a larger party or celebration. We recommend cutting the traybake into 15 portions.

Mincemeat Crumble Slice Traybake 1kg (30 x 18cm): a polenta and date shortbread style base, mincemeat layer made with vegan friendly gluten free suet, and a deluxe mix of gluten free oats flaxseed cinnamon and orange zest topping. Gluten and dairy free. Registered with The Vegan Society.

The traybake comes uncut and we recommend cutting the traybake into 15 portions, each approx. 6cm square.

Glitter star candle: Made from coconut wax, these hand crafted candles are non-toxic and sustainable. The gold glitter and coconut wax is fully biodegradable.

Birch plywood scalloped disc: made from FSC birch plywood with a scalloped edge. 210mm diameter. Comes with protective vinyl; simply peel off before use. Wipe with warm soapy water (not dishwasher safe).

Glass jam jar with gold lid: approx. 98mm height x 72mm width.

Micro LED fairy string lights: 1.9m warm white lights with tiny battery pack. Battery included but you can replace the battery for reuse.
