Spring nearly here at Honeybuns
Hi Everyone,
Hopefully the force of Spring is with you or very nearly with you. Here at Honeybuns the bulbs are peeking through, the birds are filling their boots with nuts from the feeders & we’re all feeling just a little bit Spring-ey. I’ll wager after writing this it’ll turn all mega watt cold again- but just for now everything feels much milder.
Our office move is now imminent. We should be in by the beginning of March. To be fair, the ex classroom were a little hard on the eye so we’ve been on a mission to prettify everything. The insides are all painted & the coconut carpet is down- all eco friendly & looks fab. Audrey, one of our neighbours down the lane is reopening the classroom for us. She opened it 12 years ago when it was used at the local Primary School. Following our motto of ‘Waste not Want not’ we were delighted to offer it a new home.
We have a lovely collection of recycled & renovated furniture in there- we highly recommend Bridport’s Albion antiquities market for hunting out one-off pieces of furniture & object d’gorgeousness.

The move will mean that Lottie can have a properly designated mail order area. We’re adding more and more gifts to our online shop www.honeybuns.co.uk/shop so we badly need the extra space.
Amongst our new gifts is a ‘Tea-party in a Purse’ . The lovely little purse comes full to bursting with 3 Honeybuns Minis, 3 x Dorset teabags & a doilie- all ready for your very own teaparty.
They’ll be ready for the summer.
Aside from the office move we’re also planning our new website which will invite you to enter competitions, send your favourite Honeybuns pics in and basically keep us up to speed on your news. We in turn will be posting newsy updates and tales from around the bakery. We’re even trying to get vaguely with it & getting to grips with Apps-.all coming soon.
The Bee Shack’s dust covers will be coming off too for the reopening day on Saturday, 5th March. www.honeybuns.co.uk/beeshack
Have you taken a look at Charlotte’s excellent Beegreen blog too? There are lots of inspiring eco snippets on there.http://www.honeybuns.co.uk/blogbeegreen
