Dark chocolate fudgy brownie drizzled with homemade caramel, dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt flakes.
Coconut milk is the superstar ingredient here. It creates a gorgeously gooey, fudge like texture. Due to the high % of chocolate in the recipe, there is no discernible coconut flavour, just rich and delicious caramel, salt and oodles of high quality chocolate.
Traybake comes pre-cut into 16 portions.
Due to the lovely gooey texture of the brownie, we recommend keeping chilled until required and using a palette knife to help get portions out.

First purchase of the Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel Brownie and I found them to be Scrummy!! I am not a lover of dark chocolate or coconut flavour but the other ingredients totally mask the flavours I am not keen on so I really enjoyed the taste. I ate one just on its own and microwaved another one with Dairy Free cream as a dessert and both were gooey and delicious
