Gluten free almond and polenta cake with pecans and a maple caramel drizzle.
Owing to the high percentage of ground almonds, this sponge based cake is naturally moist. We don’t skimp on the butter either – this is a seriously grown up treat. The pecans add texture and a biscuity flavour which pairs well with a touch of ginger and cinnamon. We finish it off with our very own maple caramel drizzle.

The Pecan & Maple Polenta Cake is so soft, but the texture is perfectly balanced with the crunch of the pecans. Delicately flavoured with just the right amount of warming spice, and sweetness from the maple caramel drizzle, it’s like a comforting hug on an autumnal day.
