This is a decadent slice! Our signature biscuit base is nutty and crunchy, and the vegan caramel is subtly flavoured with dates. We make the caramel ourselves in the bakery. Our gluten free version of this classic cake, with a fruity twist.

Sorry to have to tell you that this is my least favourite of the cakes I have tried. It feels soggy and my palate – probably jaded! – finds a hint of sourness in the caramel layer.
