	This makes a delicious pud! Serve with custard or a scoop of plant based ice cream.
	Your order is taken from frozen stock but is completely safe to refreeze on receipt if you wish. Once defrosted, store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Having just popped the last mouthful between my lips I felt instant sadness that there were no more bites left. This is delcicious. Its light, and doesn’t feel stodgy. The jam nor the almonds overpower. but rather create the perfect harmony on the tongue. This was the second time I ate the bakewell and I plan to eat it many more times.

This was delicious. Not too sweet (as a lot of gf cakes can be…) and full of flavour. The raspberries are great for adding a touch of tartness. Such a treat!
