A moist, lightly spiced ginger sponge studded with a delicious mix of dried fruits and nuts.

A rich buttery sponge made with our two hero gluten free flours: ground almonds and sorghum. The light fluffy sponge is studded with pistachios, cranberries, sultanas and orange zest. The warmth of the ginger is, in true Goldilocks fashion, “just right”.

Traybake comes pre cut into 16 portions.
