Almond and polenta cake with orange zest and toasted pistachios.

Inspired by Italian baking tradition, this future classic is packed with ground almonds, butter, orange zest and toasted pistachios. The sponge traybake is then finished with a drizzle of orange icing. Due to the high percentage of ground almonds, this cake is meltingly soft and the very opposite of dry and crumbly. We add pistachios to the sponge and sprinkle some on top for ultimate flavour and texture.

Traybake comes pre cut into 16 portions.
