Flapjack with pistachios, orange zest and cranberries, drizzled with a rose icing and topped with freeze dried cranberries and cornflowers.
Made from gluten free oats, oat flour, refined coconut oil, light muscovado sugar, agave, pistachios, nibbed almonds, cranberries, and orange zest. Once baked, the top is drizzled with a delicate rosewater icing, blue cornflowers and freeze dried cranberry pieces.
Traybake comes pre-cut into 16 portions.
