Flapjack with pistachios, orange zest and cranberries, drizzled with a rose icing and topped with freeze dried cranberries and cornflowers.

Made from gluten free oats, oat flour, refined coconut oil, light muscovado sugar, agave, pistachios, nibbed almonds, cranberries, and orange zest. Once baked, the top is drizzled with a delicate rosewater icing, blue cornflowers and freeze dried cranberry pieces.

Traybake comes pre-cut into 16 portions.

    If I could give these ten stars I would. Absolutely delicious, very filling for lunch and have a lovely crunch from the icing drizzle. No strong flavour just delicate and a real treat

    I put this one in a cake selection for a friend’s birthday. He said it was excellent! Maybe this is my chance to review the ‘cakes by post’ boxes – I matched the number of bars in the pre-selected box with the same number of bars choosing those which I thought would be favourites.
