I first discovered these when I had a cuppa in our local supermarket cafe and would buy two or three for my stocks when I was there. I always keep one in my bag as an emergency bite for when I’m out and about. I finally bit the bullet (or flapjack 😊) and bought a tray bake. They are just as delicious as the individually wrapped ones. I love them! The only downside with buying a tray is that although I have put some in the freezer, they’re not staying in there for long as it’s too tempting!
