We’ve dialled up the indulgence with this gloriously retro Rocky Road by adding honeycomb to the recipe. The biscuit pieces are handmade with nibbed almonds and polenta for fabulous texture and flavour – the devil is in the detail.
We recommend you store this cake chilled.
