Chocolate Brownie Milkshakes

This is a gorgeously decadent recipe for enjoying in the hot weather. Gluten free brownie is combined with milk and ice cream to make a thick and creamy milkshake.

Makes One (generous) serving but can easily be scaled up

Ingredients

Method

  1. Measure the milk and pour into the blender, then add the scoops of ice cream.
  2. Roughly crumble in the chocolate brownie, then whizz everything together until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

Serving tips

  • For true decadence, top with whipped cream and then add more chunks of brownie and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
  • To vary it up, swap the chocolate ice cream for another flavour, such as vanilla or mint chocolate chip.
  • Alternatively, use our gluten free Dark Chocolate and Orange Brownie and a squeeze of orange juice to make a chocolate orange version.
