Chocolate Brownie Milkshakes

This is a gorgeously decadent recipe for enjoying in the hot weather. Gluten free brownie is combined with milk and ice cream to make a thick and creamy milkshake.

Makes One (generous) serving but can easily be scaled up
Ingredients
- 1 Honeybuns gluten free Milk Chocolate Brownie
- 250ml milk
- 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream
Method
- Measure the milk and pour into the blender, then add the scoops of ice cream.
- Roughly crumble in the chocolate brownie, then whizz everything together until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Serving tips
- For true decadence, top with whipped cream and then add more chunks of brownie and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
- To vary it up, swap the chocolate ice cream for another flavour, such as vanilla or mint chocolate chip.
- Alternatively, use our gluten free Dark Chocolate and Orange Brownie and a squeeze of orange juice to make a chocolate orange version.
