Gluten free oaty flapjack with sultanas and dried cranberries.
Slow baked with certified gluten free oats, sultanas soaked in orange juice and tart cranberries, this flapjack is a great “non-nutty alternative” to our Cranberry and Pecan Flapjack. It has loads of butter and is baked for the soft squidgy factor. There’s no secret to this, it’s just baked low and slow in our beloved vintage deck oven.
Traybake comes pre-cut into 16 portions.

Absolutely amazing flapjacks! How can just a few simple ingredients be made into something so delicious and moreish…not too sweet, firm yet soft, and you can taste the buttery syrupyness with every bite. The added fruit makes it very moist, the sultanas being very succulent. Love the way it holds together in a bar and is not all sticky like the home made ones. This recipe cannot be improved! Like another reviewer, I thought this flapjack would be pretty ordinary. How wrong I was! It was gooey, chewy and full of much-needed fibre. But so tasty!

Perfectly moist just as I like, I’m quite fussy when it comes to flapjacks but there’s certainly nothing to criticise in these. Excellent.

Discovered these in the individually-wrapped size on a corporate event (clearly a client with great taste) and immediately ordered a traybake. Didn’t last long. Amazingly moist and packed with flavours that I haven’t tasted in a flapjack before. Definitely a cut above!
