This makes a sublime pud in a hurry. Just pop in the microwave or oven; you can serve with our recurring fave, creme fraiche with lemon curd, or clotted cream ice cream from Purbeck Ice Cream.
Your order is taken from frozen stock but is completely safe to refreeze on receipt if you wish.
A constant favourite of mine. One that I do not share😅. It freezes so well.. I keep these in the freezer for when I want a treat. So nice to be able to buy something really yummy that is gluten free. I love the fact they are individually wrapped too. So easy to add to my standby hospital go bag. Thank you

I have been coeliac for about 20. Years ,my contact over the telephone with Lottie has been so amazing .
I will always use Honeybuns cakes ,the plain flapjack is also wonderful .

This is a lovely blend of lemon and ginger, with just the right amount of warmth and fruitiness, all enveloped in a soft cake. So easy on the tongue! Leaves a lovely after-flavour too.

I first had this cake bar in a Waitrose cafe & was not sure what to expect. Oh goodness one of the most delicious cakes I’ve ever had but for gluten free it’s a marvel. So moist , the taste is just perfect blend of the lemon & ginger. This find at the cafe led me to the Honeybun website and placing my 1st order. If you like lemon flavoured cake I can’t recommend this highly enough.
