Expanding our range of “free from” cakes and traybakes
Plant based, vegan recipes have been the main focus for us during the last couple of years.
With the aim to add to our growing range of vegan treats for foodservice and food-to-go markets, we’ve been hard at work developing three new cakes, available now.
These delicious cakes are designed for cafe and coffee shop counters where they want an artisan, homemade look. Feedback from our customers has been that they taste every bit as indulgent as their buttery counterparts. Supplied in individually wrapped or traybake format.
These cakes are on trend with the increased demand for vegan products, and are all registered with the Vegan Society. Mintels latest research cites that 26% of consumers prefer plant based products, and Veganuary 2019 had record numbers of people signing up.
Our growing range of accredited vegan cake slices and traybakes tick all the boxes for anyone wanting an indulgent treat that just happens to be “free from”.
The Dark Chocolate Brownie makes a perfect pud too – simply warm through and serve with whatever you fancy.

NEW OATY RASPBERRY BAR
Baked with oats, raspberries and sultanas, and drizzled with icing. This is a rebooted version of our original Oaty Raspberry Bar, this pretty new version has a more intense raspberry flavour and a soft flapjack texture, with a lighter drizzled icing topping. For sweetness we’ve used light muscovado sugar which lends a caramel flavour. Sultanas also add natural sweetness to the base.

NEW MILLIONAIRE’S SLICE
Our signature nutty biscuit base topped with delicious homemade date based caramel and dark chocolate. This new Millionaire’s Slice is replacing the Squillionaire and is less intensely flavoured with dates.

NEW DARK CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
A slow baked brownie with just the right amount of gooey-ness and a lovely fudgey texture. topped with dark chocolate flakes. A coffee shop classic.
